Henna, the bubbly and enthusiastic bride who we met just four days before the wedding ? Its not an ideal time to plan and execute the wedding folks!- read on:)
The first time I spoke to Henna was on a call when she was leaving for the airport to go back home – Leicester. That call lasted very long and both of us knew that we will be seeing each other soon and getting her married.
All our themes and ideas were discussed over long, relaxing Skype calls- discussing each detail and in her words- I leave it to you Saniya, I know you will make it beautiful.
The exciting five days unfolded at the beautiful Park Hyatt starting right from the Moroccan welcome party, to the Sangeet and Henna events. There was Pheras at the Gurudwara, followed with a traditional Indian wedding (where our lovely bride and groom looked out of a movie) to the final reception.
